1. General Conditions

  • All bookings are handled as per the rules and guidelines issued by the Forest Department.
  • Once a permit is booked, it cannot be modified or transferred.
  • Wild Majestic acts only as a private booking facilitator and has no control over government policies or allotments.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations depend on booking type and Forest Department guidelines.
  • Confirmed safari permits are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable as per government regulations.
  • Refunds cannot be issued if the Forest Department does not allow cancellation.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • If the Forest Department cancels the safari due to weather, route closure, or operational reasons.
  • If the booking is not confirmed due to technical or availability issues.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or zone changes depend entirely on Forest Department rules.
  • Wild Majestic cannot guarantee modifications once a permit is issued.
  • Additional charges may apply if authorities allow changes.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If travelers fail to reach the reporting point on time, the booking will be treated as a no-show with no refund.
  • Incorrect ID details or failure to carry original ID may lead to denied entry without refund.

6. Force Majeure

Wild Majestic is not responsible for cancellations caused by conditions beyond our control, including:

  • Natural events
  • Government orders
  • Safety restrictions
  • Technical failures

Refund decisions in such cases follow Forest Department instructions.
